GoldenArea Development in Jeddah is seeking a Closing Specialist to manage end-to-end real estate closings in a hybrid on-site/remote setup. You will prepare and review closing documents, verify terms with lenders, and coordinate with escrow agents and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely disbursements and compliant transactions.

A strong background in closings, loan documentation, and excellent client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with closings and escrow processes across end-to-end real estate transactions.
• Experience reviewing loan terms and coordinating with lenders.
• Excellent communication and customer service with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of real-estate closings, including preparing and reviewing closing files.
