The position emphasizes leading curriculum quality, term planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid, innovative classroom environment that blends AI and peer learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of actual classroom teaching in Math or Physics across middle school and high school.
• 3–5 years managing or coaching other teachers as head of department or mentor.
• Familiarity with Saudi national assessments – Qudurat, Tahsili, Nafes.
• Strong digital capability and comfort teaching in a digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Math & Physics curriculum quality across Middle School and High School on the National track, including topic sequencing and alignment to assessments.
• Develop term and year plans with Design Leads and sign off before production.
• Final review of built lessons before they reach students, acting as the academic gate.
• Coach and develop the delivery teaching bench with Learning Excellence's evaluation cycle.
• Read diagnostics, exit tickets, and end-of-chapter results to inform next term changes.
• Be the academic voice in cross-functional conversations with Design, Learning Excellence, Product and Data.
• Teach sessions yourself periodically to stay connected with content.
