The role requires 3–4 years’ experience, a technical HVAC diploma (electrical engineering background preferred), and fluency in Arabic and English. You will ensure safety, performance, and adherence to SLAs while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Role Propose To perform routine installation maintenance repairs and troubleshooting of the HVAC systems within the Dallah Health premises in order to facilitate optimal system performance and functionality and provide a safe and comfortable environment to patients staff and visitors within the limits of pre-set guidelines processes and timelines Roles amp Responsibilities Organizational accountabilities Supervise the implementation of departmental policies and procedures and ensure adherence to local and international standards or requirements relevant to the Engineering Services department Recommend improvements to the Engineering Services department s policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems processes and practices taking into account leading practices improvement of department processes cost reduction and productivity improvement Ensure the application of safety quality and environmental management policies procedures and controls to ensure employee safety legislative compliance delivery of high-quality services and a responsible environmental attitude Build high levels of trust and understanding with key internal and external stakeholders to promote full compliance with industry regulations and promote a broader understanding of Dallah Health s interests and practices Managerial Supervisory Accountabilities Identify assess and recruit key talent for the Engineering Services department at Dallah Health Manage and assist subordinates in performing their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures Guide mentor and develop the team members as part of their continuous development Set performance objectives provide the necessary support evaluate appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance Provide clear top-down communication to the team and bottom-up feedback to top management Address queries issues raised by team members and ensure they are resolved in an effective and timely manner Promote a high-performance working environment within the Engineering Services department at Dallah Health Functional Accountabilities Support and conduct routine installation maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems including air conditioning units heating systems and ventilation systems throughout Dallah Health premises Follow the established preventive maintenance schedule for HVAC systems and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements SLAs Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address maintenance needs for minimizing downtime and failures Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues including electrical mechanical and refrigeration components and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance Work with other technicians and contractors to ensure HVAC system installations and repairs are conducted smoothly Track and adjust HVAC controls to maintain optimum temperature humidity air quality levels etc across the Dallah Health premises Partner with HVAC service providers and external vendors for specialized repairs equipment procurement inventory reorders etc Respond promptly to HVAC emergencies such as temperature fluctuations and equipment failures to minimize disruptions to patient care Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all codes regulations and standards to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment while working on HVAC systems Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities including parts used equipment history work performed and service reports Generate reports detailing HVAC-related maintenance activities and recommend improvements for any gaps identified in the overall process Provide technical expertise and guidance to the HVAC helpers in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex equipment malfunctions Stay updated regarding emerging technological advancements in HVAC systems and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance overall efficiency and performance Knowledge and Experience 3 to 4 years of experience in managing HVAC Systems and Technology or a related field Education and Certifications Technical diploma in HVAC Technology or equivalent is required Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is preferredcomputer literacy (word, excel, powerpoint)fluency in arabic and englishadaptabilitycommunication (written and verbal) skillsdependability and responsibilityhonesty and integritystrong work ethicnegotiating and influencing skillsmotivated to grow and learnstrong self-confidenceself-motivatedpossessing a positive attitudeinterpersonal skills
