Job summary

Dallah Health in Medina seeks an experienced HVAC professional to supervise routine installation, maintenance, and repair of hospital HVAC systems across premises, ensuring reliable climate control and patient comfort.

The role requires 3–4 years’ experience, a technical HVAC diploma (electrical engineering background preferred), and fluency in Arabic and English. You will ensure safety, performance, and adherence to SLAs while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience managing HVAC systems.
• Technical diploma in HVAC technology required.
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine installation, maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems on-site.
• Follow the established preventive maintenance schedules and SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and refrigeration components.
• Coordinate with technicians and external vendors for repairs and equipment procurement.
• Maintain records and generate service reports detailing maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and a safe working environment.
