Responsibilities
  • Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Support workforce planning, organizational structure, and manpower budgeting
  • Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Drive performance management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Promote a strong company culture, engagement, and employee experience
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices support long-term business growth
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, probation, exits)
  • Oversee HR administration, employee records, and HR systems
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, offers, and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Liaise with payroll and ensure accuracy of employee data
  • Support training coordination, performance reviews, and appraisals
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Requirements
