Job summary

Front End in Al Khobar seeks an experienced HR Director to oversee all HR operations and align policies with regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role demands strong leadership and strategic vision to drive people initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in energy.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources operations. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our human resources policies and practices are in line with current laws and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills.
