The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP SuccessFactors background, 10+ years in HR, and a proven ability to manage complex HRIS projects and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with 2–3+ years in a dedicated HRIS role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record in HRIS implementations, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
• Oversee HRIS implementations, system upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with HR and IT teams to manage system integrations and process enhancements.
• Support HR operations through effective system configuration, reporting, and data management.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and end-user support.
• Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and HR system best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven track record managing HRIS implementations, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support
• Experience managing HR processes, HR data, and system integrations
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of SAP HANA is highly desirable
• Experience supporting SuccessFactors implementation projects and HR digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
