Job summary

Napco National in the Riyadh region is seeking a Security Guard to enforce Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies, assist at gates, and safeguard company assets. You will monitor entry points and CCTV, report safety or security concerns immediately, follow HSSE guidelines, and coordinate with the safety team to ensure secure premises and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company Health, Security, Safety and Environment (HSSE) policies and regulations.
• Provide assistance to people with special needs at the gates.
• Assist management in achieving a safe and secure environment by ensuring 100% HSSE procedure implementation.
• Safeguard and secure company assets from deterioration, theft, and misuse.
• Immediately report any safety or security concerns to your direct supervisor.
• Comply with HSSE security procedures by following all guidelines and filling required forms.
• Monitor property entry and CCTV/electronic surveillance to ensure proper functioning and premises security.
• Follow HSSE department directions for security operations.
• Maintain 100% vigilance and presence at assigned security posts on duty.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and play the required roles by acting quickly.
• Inform and coordinate with the safety team regarding safety issues to ensure safety measures are applied.
• Contain and manage unusual situations caused by employees, contractors, or visitors and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with plant management to handle security-related exceptions and ensure secure premises.
• Maintain the 5S program in all security guard houses without prior notice.
