NAPCO in Jeddah, Makkah Region, is seeking a dedicated individual to enforce company regulations regarding Health, Security, Safety, and Environment. The role entails safeguarding company assets, assisting individuals with special needs, and ensuring compliance with HSSE procedures.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, monitoring electronic surveillance, and maintaining a secure environment. Ideal candidates should demonstrate vigilance and the ability to manage unusual situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company regulations and policies regarding Health, Security, Safety and Environment.
• Provide assistance to people with special needs at the gates.
• Assist NAPCO management in achieving a safe and secure environment by ensuring 100% implementation of NAPCO HSSE Procedures.
• Safeguard and secure company assets from deterioration, theft, misuse, etc.
• Immediately report any safety or security concern to the direct supervisor.
• Fully comply with NAPCO security procedures by following all security guidelines and filling all required security forms.
• Monitor property entrance and the electronic surveillance equipment used at the premises.
• Follow and implement all security directions from HSSE department management.
• On duty, ensure 100% vigilance and presence at the assigned security post.
• Respond immediately to any emergency and play the required roles.
• Inform and coordinate with the safety team regarding safety issues.
• Contain and manage problematic or unusual situations caused by employees, contractors, or visitors.
• Coordinate with plant management to manage security-related exceptions.
• Maintain the implementation of the 5S program in all security guard houses.

• Safeguard and secure company assets from deterioration, theft, misuse, etc.
• Immediately report any safety or security concern to the direct supervisor.
• Fully comply with NAPCO security procedures by following all security guidelines and filling all required security forms.
• Monitor property entrance and the electronic surveillance equipment used at the premises to ensure proper functioning and that premises are secured.
• Follow and implement all security directions from HSSE department management.
• On duty, ensure 100% vigilance and presence at the assigned security post.
• Respond immediately to any emergency and play the required roles by reacting in a timely manner.
• Inform and coordinate with the safety team regarding safety issues to ensure the application of safety measures and report non-compliance.
• Contain and manage problematic or unusual situations caused by employees, contractors or visitors, and elevate if needed.
• Coordinate with plant management to manage security-related exceptions and ensure efficient secured premises.
• Maintain the implementation of the 5S program in all security guard houses without prior notice.
