Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented HSE & Security Manager to join the Qiddiya Facility Management (FM) team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Defines and sets up the Facility Management HSE and Security strategy and procedures.
• Ensures that the HSE and Security Management policies and procedures are understood and enforced on site.
• Captures and analyzes security metrics, providing input and recommendations regarding staffing requirements, resource allocation, technology planning, maturity initiatives, etc.
• Monitors and tracks personnel training and certification, conference attendance, and other people-focused investments.
• Arranges regular meetings with leadership, contractors and subcontractors to capture site requirements and develop intermediate solutions to meet the need. Engages on ongoing cases, tracking full lifecycle to ensure they proceed according to the established workflow, follow-up actions are addressed, and recommendations are made to prevent future issues.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 15 years’ experience, specifically health, safety and security.
• Demonstrable experience in Facilities Management environment, with knowledge and experience in Food Safety/hygiene and security considerations.
• Previous experience in the operations of Workers Accommodation Facilities in Saudi Arabia.
• Advantageous to have experience in Saudi Arabia.
• OSHA Certified or similar is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
