Responsibilities

• Monitor execution of HSE activities as per the project plan.
• Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
• Provide HSE training to workers.
• Identify hazards and unsafe work conditions daily.
• Address and report violations on a daily basis.
• Provide regular reports to track HSE performance.
• Conduct site induction training for employees.

Skills

Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations

Proficiency in conducting risk assessments

Ability to investigate accidents

Skill in developing HSE training programs

Effective communication skills

ERP knowledge, preferably SAP

Education

Diploma in NEBOSH
