Job summary

Napco National is seeking a proactive HSE professional to conduct regular safety rounds, maintain safety standards in plants and warehouses, and ensure PPE usage across sites. The role includes documenting inspections, managing hot work permits, and coordinating with security for controlled access.

Responsibilities extend to first aid training, firefighting readiness, pest control coordination, risk assessments, and reporting on health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts periodical safety rounds around entire area of company premises for ensuring safe atmosphere and condition.
• Ensures plant & warehouses safety and hygienic condition are maintained and reports deviation if any.
• Ensures plant related employees are wearing appropriate overalls/clothing and PPE.
• Checks the safe operation and condition of machineries across production area.
• Maintains necessary documents for recording the daily, weekly and monthly HSE inspection activities.
• Monitors hot works and ensures they are carried out with due permission and safe condition.
• Coordinates with Security guards in line with visitors movements, keeping track of entry and exit to company premises.
• When required, conducts Safety & first-aid on the job trainings for new recruits.
• Ensures clear access to fire extinguishers and hose cabinets across company.
• Takes fire preventive measures during summer and other high-risk periods.
• Monitors drainages/canals and pest control measures in coordination with department heads.
• Monitors roof top, walls, light shadows, and electrical panels for safety.
• Ensures the availability of first-aid equipment and accessories.
• In case of any accident, provides first aid activities as required.
• Follows up on implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Policies and procedures.
• Increases health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
• Investigates and reports all serious/critical personal injury accidents to staff, visitors or contractors.
• Investigates accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to company properties.
• Responds to employee safety concerns and emergencies promptly.
• Coordinates the training of personnel in safety testing, first aid, CPR, and workplace inspections.
• Assists executive staff and HSE team leader in emergency situations.
• Conducts operational risk assessments on site and designs risk mitigation measures.
• Generates and maintains all required reports related to HSE management systems.
