Job summary

Confidential is seeking an HSE professional to coordinate health, safety and environmental systems, assess risks, and implement controls across locations. You will lead inspections, audits, incident investigations, and safety training to protect personnel and assets.

The role requires NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, ISO auditor certifications, and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in safety or related fields.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
• Internal auditor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001 certification (IRCA preferred).
• 2-5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Inspect locations regularly and ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe work practices.
• Monitor HSE performance and guide safe working behavior.
• Conduct random and planned HSE inspections and report unsafe conditions.
• Implement and maintain HSE standards; issue work permits and prepare risk analyses.
• Encourage hazard reporting and drive corrective actions.
• Promote safety campaigns to build a safety culture.
• Report and investigate incidents; maintain reports.
• Deliver toolbox talks and keep records up to date.
• Coordinate with departments to procure safety equipment and PPE.
• Hold internal meetings to review HSE performance and actions.
• Stop work when imminent danger exists; coordinate drills and inductions.
• Identify safety training needs and develop risk assessments.
