Job summary

Confidential Company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HSE specialist to lead risk assessments, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental standards.

The role requires 3-5 years in construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors, a Bachelor’s degree in OH&S or related field, and NEBOSH/IOSH certification; you will audit, investigate incidents, and prepare HSE plans and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field required.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred to demonstrate competence.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, manufacturing or oil & gas.
• Familiar with OSHA and NEBOSH requirements; able to prepare HSE plans/reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred to demonstrate industry-recognized competence.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors.
• Experience in conducting HSE audits and familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is advantageous.
• Have a good knowlge of HSE standards and familiar with OSHA and NEBOSH requirements, Can prepare the HSE Plans and Reports
