Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking an HSE Officer for our client in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

You will implement and monitor HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, perform workplace safety inspections, investigate incidents, and provide safety training.

The ideal candidate has NEBOSH and IOSH certifications, a technical Diploma in Safety Engineering or related discipline, and at least two years of HSE experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in any industry.
• NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Diploma in Safety Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and provide safety awareness training.
• Maintain accurate HSE reports as per company standards.
