Trust Arabia is seeking a qualified Safety Manager to lead HSE across construction and fit-out sites in Riyadh. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and overseeing HSE policies in line with Saudi regulations and international standards, promoting a proactive safety culture.

The successful candidate will manage site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, while coordinating with project teams and clients to ensure continuous HSE improvement.

Qualifications

• HSE management and policy development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project HSE plans, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi and international safety regulations.
• Oversee daily HSE activities at sites (construction and fit-out).
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near-misses.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients on HSE matters.
• Prepare periodic HSE reports and incident statistics.
