Qualifications

• Proven experience in HSE leadership role, preferably in construction or engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, especially in the Middle East.
• NEBOSH or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage health, safety and environmental arrangements for the project.
• Conduct weekly joint HSE inspections with HSE Inspectors.
• Develop health, safety and environmental training for employees.
• Review and approve contractor’s HSE plans and risk assessments.
• Plan daily site visits for safety measures.
