Job summary

Skyways Bureau is urgently hiring an HSE Manager for Saudi Arabia. The role requires 8–10+ years of dedicated Saudi experience in the Oil & Gas sector and a valid NEBOSH IGC.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, or a related field is required, with prior work for major regional clients such as Saudi Aramco or SABIC. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing HSE plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, performing site inspections and JSAs, and leading incident investigations.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of dedicated Saudi experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Valid NEBOSH IGC mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, HSE, or related technical field.
• Prior approval/experience with major regional clients such as Saudi Aramco or SABIC mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Establish, update and enforce project-specific HSE management plans.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and client standards.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard identification and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Lead root-cause investigations for incidents and near-misses.
• Oversee safety drills, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and high-risk activities.
• Conduct safety briefings and promote a zero-harm workplace culture.
