We are looking for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team in ECEC.

Business Need / Purpose of role:

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager, the core business need centers around championing a culture of safety and well-being within the organization. The primary purpose is to lead and manage comprehensive HSE initiatives, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment for all personnel.

This strategic position involves the development and implementation of HSE strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a proactive approach to health and safety. The HSE Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, integrating HSE requirements seamlessly into broader organizational objectives and projects.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing safety performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture. The focus extends to overseeing the planning and execution of safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The HSE Manager establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners to uphold and enhance safety protocols. Utilizing HSE technology and systems is vital to enhance incident reporting, track safety metrics, and facilitate continuous improvement.

Proactively identifying and mitigating HSE risks is a crucial aspect of the role, along with addressing issues related to emergency response planning and environmental sustainability.
