Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of overall HSE experience on major construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years on hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-wide HSE management systems and site safety plans.
• Develop emergency response plans and HSE initiatives for the project.
• Monitor KPIs, audits, and risk controls across construction activities.
• Ensure ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulators for safety outcomes.
