Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer (MEP) to oversee QA/QC for hyperscale data centers across the Middle East. You will ensure MEP, ELV, ICT and mission-critical systems are installed, tested, and handed over per specs, standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• 8–10 years in MEP QA/QC on major construction and infrastructure projects.
• 3–5 years on Hyperscale Data Centers (Tier III/IV).
• Experience with FAT, SAT, IST and commissioning.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and international quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Project Quality Management System across MEP works.
• Review material submittals, quality records, inspection and testing docs.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client reps on quality issues.
• Witness FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning and IST activities.
• Support handover with complete O&M manuals and as-built records.
