Job summary

Hanmiglobal-Saudi is seeking an HSE Engineer to monitor health, safety and environmental standards across multiple project sites in Riyadh. The role emphasizes risk identification, procedural enforcement and fostering a strong safety culture.

You will conduct site inspections, issue NCRs, support incident investigations, and lead toolbox talks while coordinating with project teams to drive continuous HSE improvement and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, procedures, and best practices.
• OSHA certification is mandatory.
• Ability to identify risks and enforce corrective actions effectively.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel across multiple project locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify HSE risks, hazards, and non-compliance issues.
• Ensure activities follow approved HSE plans, risk assessments, and local regulations.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for violations and follow up on actions.
• Prepare and issue site instructions related to HSE requirements and improvements.
• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Support incident investigations and prepare root-cause analysis reports.
• Promote HSE awareness through toolbox talks and on-site guidance.
• Coordinate with project teams to drive continuous HSE improvement.
• Run HSE meetings with the contractor's team.
