Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an HSE Engineer to monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites. You will identify risks, enforce safety procedures, and foster a strong safety culture within the project team.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, issuing NCRs, coordinating with teams for continuous HSE improvement, and leading HSE meetings with the contractor. Travel to multiple locations is expected as part of role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, procedures and best practices.
• OSHA certification is mandatory.

• Issue NCRs for violations and follow up on corrective actions.

• Promote HSE awareness through toolbox talks and guidance.
• Coordinate with project teams for continuous HSE improvement.
• Run HSE meetings with contractor teams.

• Prepare and issue site instructions related to HSE requirements and improvements.
• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Support incident investigations and prepare reports with root cause analysis.
• Promote HSE awareness through toolbox talks and on-site guidance.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.
• Run HSE meetings with the contractor's team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, procedures, and best practices.
• OSHA certification is mandatory.
• Ability to identify risks and enforce corrective actions effectively.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations
