Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HSE professional to coordinate health, safety and environmental systems across multiple sites in Riyadh. You will identify hazards, assess risks and implement safety controls to protect workers and the business.

The role includes conducting inspections, audits, issuing permits, delivering toolbox talks, and reporting incidents. Proficiency with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and NEBOSH IGC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in safety or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent health & safety certificate.
• Internal auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001; IRCA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health, safety, and environmental systems across locations per HSE standards.
• Inspect locations regularly and guide teams to compliant, safe work practices.
• Conduct audits, issue permits, determine PPE needs, and perform risk analyses.
• Motivate staff to identify hazards and initiate corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and maintain safety training records.
• Review legal and contractual HSE obligations and report gaps to management.
• Maintain monthly HSE reporting and data records; stop work if danger exists.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure safety equipment is available on time.
