Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Electrical Products, or related industries.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand and explain product features and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
• Experience with premium home appliances or consumer electronics brands.
• Established network within retailers, distributors, dealers, or project customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in retail, dealer management, or project sales channels.
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the Home Appliance HS product category.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers distributors dealers project customers and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct product presentations demonstrations and customer meetings to promote HS products and solutions.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers regarding product specifications features and applications.
• Prepare quotations proposals and sales agreements in line with company policies.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing logistics and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
• Manage sales forecasts pipeline updates and customer records.
• Support product launches promotions and in-store activities to maximize sales performance.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and business updates for management.
