Key Responsibilities for HR Trainee - Tamheer Programme
- Support the HR team in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, data entry in HR systems, and file management in line with data protection policies.
- Participate in employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communication.
- Help prepare HR-related documentation, including contracts, reference letters, and training materials, under the supervision of experienced HR professionals.
- Respond professionally and confidentially to HR queries from employees and managers.

Essential Experience & Qualifications For Tamheer Trainees
- Recently completed or currently holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
- No prior participation in the Tamheer programme.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent management, or business support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning HR systems.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information.
