Job summary

HRsource in Riyadh seeks a detail-oriented HR professional specializing in operations, governance and compliance within the Saudi labor market. You will ensure all HR processes align with KSA Labor Law, government requirements, and internal governance standards to support business objectives.

Key duties include managing Qiwa transactions, contract and Iqama processing, visa handling, Wage Protection System reporting, and GOSI/Saudization/MHRSD compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations with focus on process, governance and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law and hands-on experience with Qiwa platform.
• Familiarity with GOSI, Nitaqat/Saudization and MHRSD processes.
• Experience with HRIS/HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with KSA Labor Law.
• Handle Qiwa platform transactions including contracts and Iqama processes.
• Ensure full compliance with GOSI, Saudization, and MHRSD regulations.
• Maintain and update HR policies reflecting current labor law and governance standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and end-of-service settlements.
• Ensure accurate employee documentation, records management and audit readiness.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary processes and grievances.
• Monitor HR compliance metrics and flag risks to management.
• Liaise with government entities (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, Muqeem) to resolve HR matters.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to support strategic priorities.
