Food People has partnered with a leading FMCG business in Saudi that is actively recruiting for an HR Manager. This person will be responsible for setting the HR policies and procedures, company culture, and employee development programs, and leading the function.

In line with Saudization regulations, eligibility for this role is restricted to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures all HR activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for the Dammam office.
  • Manages the day-to-day HR operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standards
  • Manage talent acquisition, employee services, and payroll team members
  • Prepares a foundation and creates a good work environment for the betterment of current employees and to attract new talent
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders in managing the performance management activities
  • Partner to forecast manpower requirements of the company, review and consolidate all company manpower plans, and provide input to related departments to make necessary plans for manpower resourcing
  • Lead and oversee the recruitment process such as screening applications, interviewing, selecting candidates, making offer letters, finalizing employment contracts, etc. to ensure transparency and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Partner with external recruitment companies on a strategic level
  • Oversees the provision of administration services such as answering HR-related queries, budgeting, etc, ticketing for CC-eligible employees proceeding on vacation, business trips or training assignments, processing of visas, medical insurance, etc. to ensure full assistance to employees in HR-related issues
  • Accountable for ensuring timely execution of KSA payroll.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years in a managerial position
  • Excellent fluency in English & Arabic language is a must
  • Strong leadership skills
