• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduate (0–1 year of experience).
• Basic knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist with HR documentation, record management, and reporting.
• Support activities related to Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).
• Collaborate with HR team on documentation and day-to-day activities.
• Engage in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
