Job summary

Elia Grid International (EGI) is seeking an HR & Government Relations Officer for its Riyadh team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and government relations, working with local partners and the Brussels HQ.

The candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of owning processes in a growing international environment. The ideal candidate has about 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with practical knowledge of Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Around 5 years HR experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally across recruitment and HR administration.
• Practical experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad and other Saudi government platforms.
• Experience handling Iqamas, visas, work permits and employee documentation.
• Good understanding of Saudi employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: manage recruitment processes from job posting and CV screening to first HR interviews and interview coordination.
• HR Administration & Employee Support: coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain records, and support day-to-day HR requests.
• Government Relations & Compliance: manage employee processes through Saudi government platforms and ensure compliance with Saudization.
