The candidate will lead capability building, drive workforce development, and implement health and safety programs. This role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, including in manufacturing, and a strong knowledge of labor laws. To serve as a strategic HR leader and transformation enabler within the manufacturing plant, aligning HR initiatives with Henkel’s global strategy. The HRBP will lead the implementation of the People Capability Program, drive cultural transformation, workforce development, and operational excellence, ensuring the plant is future-ready and aligned with Henkel’s standards.
