Job summary

The First Collection in Jeddah invites applications for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across guest areas, back-of-house spaces, and facilities to ensure all work meets company standards. You will lead and train a team, assign duties, inspect spaces, coordinate with other departments, and maintain schedules and supply records to deliver a flawless guest experience.

The role is on-site in Saudi Arabia, requires Saudi nationality, and demands flexibility for shifts,

Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Previous housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience; hospitality or beach-club experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.
• Ability to organise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
