Housekeeping Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a Restaurants role for an experienced Indian male hospitality professional with strong hotel housekeeping supervision, room inspection, staff coordination, and guest service standards experience. The role is suitable for a young, English‑speaking candidate who has worked in four‑star or five‑star hotel environments and can maintain clean, safe, and well‑presented guest areas. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and assigned hotel sections.
• Inspect rooms and service areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and presentation standards are met.
• Assign duties to room attendants, cleaners, and housekeeping staff based on occupancy, guest needs, and daily schedules.
• Monitor staff performance during shifts and guide team members on proper cleaning methods, grooming, and service behavior.
• Coordinate with front office for room status updates, early check‑ins, late check‑outs, guest requests, and priority room cleaning.
• Report maintenance issues, lost items, safety concerns, and room defects to the concerned department.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, linen, guest amenities, and cleaning materials are used properly and controlled carefully.
• Handle guest requests politely and support quick resolution of housekeeping‑related concerns.
• Maintain daily records, room inspection reports, linen counts, cleaning checklists, and shift handover notes.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, grooming, and operating procedures at all times.
• Train housekeeping team members on room setup, bathroom cleaning, bed making, chemical handling, and guest privacy standards.
• Support smooth hotel operations by keeping guest areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
