Job summary

Hafawah Hotels & Resort in Medina is seeking an accomplished Hotel Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, lead the sales team, and drive booking performance. You will acquire new clients and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts while shaping corporate, group, and contracted sales.

You will monitor target markets, analyze competitors, prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and report on revenue and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel sales and sales management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial hotel sales position.
• Strong negotiation, client relationship, and account management skills.
• Ability to lead a sales team and consistently achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of the hospitality market and competitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales systems.
