Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in hotel operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and departmental coordination.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Hotel PMS is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and analyze operational reports and performance metrics.
• Full-time availability and commitment.
• Flexibility to work according to operational requirements, including shifts when needed.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the hotel’s daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Monitor the performance of operational departments and ensure compliance with service quality standards.
• Enhance the guest experience by professionally handling guest feedback and resolving complaints.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational procedures, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate between departments to maintain efficient operations and achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
• Support revenue growth initiatives while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and support operational teams to achieve high performance.
• Act on behalf of the Operations Manager when required and perform other related duties as assigned.
