Job summary

BrightConnect in Medina, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee daily resort operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will lead staff, ensure service excellence, and implement strategies to optimize revenue while maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar hospitality role, a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, and fluency in English is required (Arabic knowledge is a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar resort/hospitality role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
