Job summary

A luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to oversee the operation and improvement of IT systems. This role involves supporting hotel leadership in maintaining reliable and secure IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT or Computer Science and 3-5 years of hotel IT experience, especially with PMS and networking systems. Flexible hours and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems including PMS, POS systems, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of all hotel IT systems.
• Assist in maintaining system availability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
