The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that expand the company s presence within the hospitality and Hajj and Umrah sectors. The role will identify new business opportunities establish strategic partnerships manage key stakeholder relationships prepare feasibility studies and investment proposals and support organizational efficiency and sustainable business growth.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business development , preferably within hospitality, hotels, Hajj, Umrah, tourism, or pilgrim services.
Proven experience in developing and executing strategic business development plans.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market, particularly Makkah and the Holy Sites.
Strong understanding of Hajj and Umrah operational cycles, seasonal demand, and pilgrim-service requirements.
Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Experience managing key accounts and building long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strong experience in market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
Ability to prepare and present business proposals, commercial plans, and investment cases to senior leadership.
