Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Cluster Director of Engineering to lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities management across multiple hotels. The role drives strategic engineering initiatives, asset preservation, and readiness from pre-opening through ongoing operations, collaborating with owners, consultants, and contractors to deliver high safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel engineering and facilities teams.
• Hands-on pre-opening and opening readiness expertise.
• Strong OS&E validation and procurement knowledge.
• Ability manage Engineering Pre-Opening Budgets (POB) and operating budgets.
• Proven track record in maintenance, asset lifecycle, and capital planning.
• Experience with sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities management across the hotel cluster, ensuring safe, reliable operations.
• Drive engineering strategies aligned with owner priorities and asset value growth.
• Oversee project handovers, commissioning, inspections, snagging, and open readiness.
• Review OS&E requirements, procurement plans, and spare parts inventories for efficiency.
• Prepare and manage POBs ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance for building systems and utilities.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects and asset lifecycle planning.
• Drive energy management and contract optimization.
• Champion ESG initiatives across properties.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and life-safety requirements.
