Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned Technical Director to provide owner-side leadership across hospitality assets, ensuring proper handovers, commissioning, and lifecycle governance. The role focuses on engineering oversight, asset performance, and sustainability initiatives throughout the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in hospitality engineering or asset management.
• 10+ years within hospitality engineering, hotel technical services, facilities management, or asset management.
• Experience overseeing luxury hotels, resorts, or large destinations.
• Proven experience leading hotel handovers, commissioning reviews, and defect management.
• Strong understanding of POMEC planning, lifecycle asset management, and CAPEX evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side review of hospitality asset handovers from Development and Project Delivery into Operations.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover documentation for all building systems and life safety.
• Review operator reports, KPI performance, and maintenance programs for asset performance.
• Drive PPM strategy review, maintenance governance, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Lead capital expenditure reviews and long-term POMEC planning.
• Coordinate with operators, FM providers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with owner objectives.
