Job summary

SIHAMCO's Little Krazy in Riyadh is seeking a Hostess to greet guests with warmth, explain the menu, and spark memorable dining moments with storytelling flair.

You will upsell items, coordinate with kitchen and bar, maintain grooming standards, and ensure smooth seating and guest satisfaction in a five-star setting. Arabic and English fluency, 1–3 years in fine dining, and POS familiarity are required; visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Basic POS and order management skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present the menu with enthusiasm.
• Upsell premium dishes, specials, and beverages.
• Provide menu recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Maintain service etiquette, hygiene, and grooming standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely orders.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Represent the brand's energy and storytelling in service.
