Job summary

Client of Hire Fellows is seeking a hands-on HORECA sales specialist to drive new restaurant, cafe, hotel and hospitality accounts in the Riyadh region. You will identify opportunities, build a strong prospect pipeline, and lead end-to-end negotiations and onboarding while growing existing accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in HORECA/F&B sales, a solid beverage background, and a robust network within the market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HORECA/F&B sales.
• Experience selling beverages is a strong advantage.
• Strong network and understanding of the HORECA market.
• Proven experience in prospecting, account acquisition, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and on-ground sales.
• Highly proactive, organized, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• New business: Identify approach and secure new HORECA accounts including restaurants, cafes, hotels, coworking spaces, gyms, Pilates studios, and similar venues.
• Prospecting & pipeline: Build and manage a structured prospect pipeline with a focus on systematically targeting venues that currently carry competitor brands.
• Account onboarding: Manage the full sales process from sampling and product presentation through commercial negotiation listing and account onboarding.
• Account growth: Grow existing accounts through increased reorder frequency range expansion and strong relationship management.
• HORECA activations: Lead and execute tastings, events, sampling activities and brand partnerships in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Sales tracking: Track outreach, listings, reorders, account growth and pipeline progress, providing regular updates to management.
