Job summary

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

12 to 15 years of experience in inconstruction P&M management, including 5+ years on Aramcoprojects.

ROLE

To lead and manage all P&M-relatedoperations for Aramco projects, ensuring optimal equipmentselection, utilization, and maintenance in compliance with Aramcostandards, while driving cost efficiency and operationalexcellence on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead all Plant & Machinery functionsin strict adherence to Aramco procedures and projectspecifications.

Identify and allocate suitableequipment for specific construction activities, ensuringcompatibility with site conditions, productivity requirements, andsafety standards.

Apply strong technical knowledge toevaluate and select the most appropriate equipment (e.g.,crawler/Mobile cranes, excavators, concrete batching plants,compaction equipment, lifting gear, etc.) based on the nature ofthe job.

Make informed decisions on equipmentusage and deployment to achieve cost optimization withoutcompromising performance or safety.

Analyze operating costs, fuelconsumption, productivity data, and maintenance records, topropose cost-saving alternatives and process improvements.

Coordinate with planning and executionteams to align equipment availability with project schedules.

Maintain accurate equipmentdocumentation and ensure compliance with Aramco audit, safety, andcertification requirements.

Interface with Aramco representativesand third-party inspection agencies for approvals andcompliance-related matters.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team ofengineers, supervisors, operators, and technicians.

Monitor equipment utilization,breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules to reducedowntime and increase efficiency.

Enforce HSE policies related toequipment operation and site safety.

KEY SKILLS:

Strong technical understanding of a widerange of construction equipment, including lifting, earthmoving,concrete, and support equipment.

Proven ability to match equipment to jobtasks efficiently to reduce cost and improve productivity.

Familiarity with Aramco documentation,inspection protocols, and equipment standards.

Excellent leadership, coordination,communication, and analytical skills.
