Biopharma Careers is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to lead the launch and growth of a Hematology portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will engage HCPs, build strong relationships with key external experts and healthcare institutions, and drive sales targets through strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a pharmacy degree with at least 2 years in pharma, SCFHS licensing, and oncology/hematology expertise.

Qualifications

• Saudi National
• Pharmacy degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• A Saudi Commission for Health Specialist card (SCFHS) is required.
• Successful track record of performance.
• Oncology/Hematology experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Launch the Hematology portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
• Establish relationships with Hematology KEEs, healthcare institutions, and oncology societies.
• Deliver sales targets and LEAD KPIs for the assigned territory.
• Provide commercial strategies to physicians as a trusted advisor.
• Coordinate with tender and market access teams for prices and RFQs.
• Assist in market intelligence and forecasting aligned with sales strategy.
• Ensure product availability and manage shelf life in collaboration with supply chain.
