Job summary

The role requires a BSc in IT/CS/Automation/Networking and 2–3 years in Healthcare IT, with strong networking, SQL, and security knowledge. Collaboration with Sales and ongoing customer training are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Networking.
• 2–3 years of Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Experience with HL7/ASTM, SQL, and cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Roche Digital solutions at client sites.
• Provide technical consulting on connectivity, regulatory compliance and security.
• Assist Sales with pre-sales activities and technical presentations.
• Translate product features into customer benefits.
• Train customers on Roche Digital solutions and document sessions.
