Job summary

Roche is seeking a Product IT Specialist to provide IT technical support for Roche Digital solutions at customer sites, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with Roche standards. You will design, optimize, and support integration through HL7/ASTM, while documenting cases and assisting the Sales team.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc in IT/CS/Automation/Networking with 2–3 years in Healthcare IT, strong networking, SQL know-how, and excellent communication and presentation

Qualifications

BSc in IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Networking.
Post graduate degree and/or project management certification preferred.
2–3 years of Healthcare IT experience (LIS/HIS).
Experience with IT solutions in Healthcare, Windows OS & Server environments, and network topology.

Responsibilities

Install, design, maintain, optimize and troubleshoot Roche Digital solutions at customer sites.
Report and document install, service & support cases.
Provide consultation on connectivity, regulatory compliance, security for Roche Digital solutions.
Support Sales during visits and presales activities for digital products.
Conduct technical presentations for Roche Digital Solutions.
