SANTECHTURE, a healthcare technology firm, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology. You will define project scope, design requirements, and set quality criteria while leading process improvements from inception to completion.

You will collaborate with leadership and development teams to prioritize work, prepare governance-ready business cases, and deliver actionable insights through data-driven analysis and robust documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
3+ years of defining and analyzing EMR/EHR business requirements, process modeling, or related testing.
Strong ability to facilitate data and requirements-gathering sessions.
Experience documenting and modeling activities using formal techniques.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Project Collaboration: work with leadership to evaluate requests and prepare business cases.
Business Analysis & Process Engineering: use standardized BA methods to produce high-quality deliverables.
Data-Driven Problem Solving: baseline data and create cost-savings reports for process improvements.
System Optimization: define requirements for improving systems to increase operating efficiency.
Project Tracking & Reporting: develop schedules and create status reports for leadership and clients.
Workflow Development: drive process development and manage cross-functional impacts.
