Job summary

Helian EG is seeking an analytical and solution-oriented Systems Analyst to optimize IT infrastructure and enterprise software. You will bridge business operations and technical design, analyze systems, and translate requirements into clear specifications.

The role involves configuring software workflows, ensuring security, performance, and scalability, and collaborating with developers, DBAs, and vendors to deploy robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE/MIS or MIS required.
• 3+ years experience as Systems Analyst, Architect, or Technical BA.
• Strong SQL, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing IT systems, architecture, and databases to identify bottlenecks and integration opportunities.
• Elicit and document technical requirements, functional specs, and data mappings.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and external vendors to design and deploy robust system solutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects, performance issues, and integration failures; implement fixes.
• Lead SIT and UAT, create test scripts, ensure data integrity, and resolve bugs before deployment.
• Maintain system architecture docs, SOPs, and user guides.
