Fircroft is seeking a talented Healthcare Digital Field Service Engineer for its operations in Saudi Arabia. This role involves the installation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced healthcare IT systems, including RIS and PACS, at customer sites.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of healthcare technology experience and strong technical skills, ensuring seamless integration between applications and hospital systems while building robust customer relations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or Medical Imaging.
- Experience supporting enterprise imaging solutions within healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with RIS, PACS, VNA, and Cardiology systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of healthcare IT solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and support system deployments, upgrades, and go-live activities.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to ensure high system availability.
