Job summary

Medica Group in Riyadh is seeking a Service Engineer to install, configure, and support dental imaging systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between equipment, software, servers, and healthcare IT environments. The role focuses on DICOM, PACS, networking, and system integration, delivering onsite technical guidance to hospitals and clinics.

You will collaborate with IT teams, resolve complex issues, train users, and document configurations, working across CBCT, panoramic, and intraoral imaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good understanding of DICOM, PACS, Worklist, and imaging workflows.
• Knowledge of dental software and digital dentistry solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain dental imaging software and systems.
• Perform DICOM and PACS integration with healthcare IT systems.
• Configure networks connecting dental equipment, servers, and hospital systems.
• Integrate CBCT, panoramic, and intraoral imaging with dental software.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, software, hardware, and integration issues.
• Coordinate with hospital IT departments for successful deployment.
• Provide user training and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
